In this exercise, we explored as a class, designing a residence, at Seatonhurst Drive, off Lady Musgrave road in Kingston Jamaica. It is designed for a single parent, Maria and her two adult children, Daniel and Jerome and should cater to both their living and working needs. The design should also speak to sustainability.

Maria is a 57 year old Retiree who stays at home and tend to her garden and who also does painting. Jerome is a 23 year old gamer who is paid by different gaming organizations to stream and publish their games. Daniel is a 35 year old entrepreneur and lecturer at the University of the west indies and since Covid, does majority of his work at home.
